Being a mother demands that each day we find ways to serve others. We wear many, many different hats. You can find us cooking, cleaning, and if you are like me, homeschooling. Often times the tasks we take on leave us feeling alone and isolated at the end of the day because we have poured so much of ourselves into others all day long.
Our homeschool days are full of so many emotions that it is hard to guard our hearts and keep ourselves from being weighted down and heavy with the weight of the load we are carrying. We are shaping our nations future after all. That is a big feat!
That is why I was so excited to read such a wonderful book written by my dear friend, Misty, from Year Round Homeschooling. This beautifully written book is for all of us homeschooling moms in the trenches. The ones of us who know just what it means to need encouragement and to know that we have a friend out there that has our back.
The book includes 31 chapters that can be read in succession over a month or spread out to fit into your schedule. Each chapter is full of encouragement and wisdom from another homeschooling mom who has been right where you are today.
Misty wrote this book because she understands that each and every day that we homeschool brings with it it’s own challenges and victories. We all know so well that no two homeschool days are alike and often times no two homeschool hours are alike. It is so easy to get caught up in our own bubble that we forget that there are others out there just like us. This book makes you feel like she rooting for you and cheering you on.
You can grab your very own copy of this book from Year Round Homeschooling today! Make sure you tell Misty I sent you!
