Winter is here!
I know this to be true because it is snowing in the south! If you are from the south then you are likely enjoying a fun snow day as well!
While my children are perfectly happy bundled up and heading out to play in the white stuff, I want to find them fun things to do indoors.
It isn’t always easy to keep the little ones in side but having fun lined up makes it a bit easier.
I like to keep a folder full of fun activities on hand hand for my children to work through on days when we need a bit to fill in our days. Especially those days when they must stay in doors.
If you have young children this is very easy.
Grab up some of our preK fun Packs for them. Just print them off and have them ready to go when boredom sets in.
For older children, just print off some of our Color and Copywork packs. They make it easy for teaching a few subjects all at one time.
A fun activity for all ages
My children are far past the days of preschool. They are more into video games, learning online, and doing things independently! While that is great, it is also challenging to come up with things that they can do that are still easy to put together and fun.
I was reminded that children (and adults) love to play card games, specifically matching.
I thought it would be a great time to create a fun and easy gingerbread matching game. After all, even I would want to get in on this!
Who is this for?
This printable game is perfect for anyone of any age. The smallest preschoolers are able to pick matches out!
What is included?
You get this fun and easy to put together card game. Just print out 1 copy and cut apart. I recommend printing on heavier card stock and laminating the pieces so it holds up longer.
