Going back to school can be a super stressful time for both the parents and the children. I have a solution that you probably haven’t thought about.
Over the last few years the kids and I have been using a secret weapon to fight off our stress and anxiety when it is time for school. Our secret weapon? Essential Oils!
Why essential oils?
Essential oils, when used properly, can help with many different ailments including stress, anxiety, depression, tiredness or sleeplessness. My children and I were ending our school days in tears and with high emotions. I decided that it would be beneficial to at least give essential oils a try. I have not looked back!
