HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Are you looking to track your goals?
I’m not much for New Year’s resolutions. In fact, I pretty much hate them.
No matter how hard I try and how sensible they are, I can never keep them.
So I decided this year to make some life changes. Healthy changes. Changes that I can track and see my progress, which will help me stick to them.
- First, I’m going to start on the Trim Healthy Mama eating plan. I had the original book for about 3 years now and have never done anything with it. Truthfully, I just couldn’t get through it. It was a lot of information to wade through and at that time in my life, I just couldn’t. However, on the recommendation of a close friend, I ordered the new book – a trimmed down version of the first – and their new cookbook. I finally think I have the basics of the plan down and can now plan my meals accordingly.
- Next, I’m committing to exercising at least 3x a week. I would like to do more, but right now I know 3x a week is feasible for me. If I sneak in a few extras, even better. But for now, this is where I’m starting.
- Third, I’m going to track my meals and exercising this year. I want to know what’s working and what isn’t, so that I can adjust where I need to. That’s where these awesome printables come in. I knew I needed to have something printable that I can physically write on and keep track of what I do and what I eat. You can download and print as many of each page from this pack as you need. If you don’t need or want to track your weekly meals, you could easily print the weekly meal plan and laminate it for multiple uses!
