Emma and I are in the car quite a bit. We have a half-hour drive to and from her homeschool co-op once a week. We have a fifteen minute drive to and from dance during the week and thirty minutes each way on the weekend. I can either let her put her headphones in and listen to her favorite boy band, or I can make the most of those hours in the car with some educational audiobooks. More often than not, I choose to do the latter. We have listened to a few great books this year on our rides, and we were excited to discover a brand new audiodrama recently. We had the opportunity to listen to “The Winds of Change” which is Album 3 in the Jonathan Park Creation Series. I had Emma look through the site to determine which album she wanted to listen to. Due to her current obsession with Huskies, I wasn’t surprised when she chose the album with the Huskies on the cover.

Our Thoughts
While these are available on CD, we reviewed the downloadable version of the story. We listened to the stories every day at lunch. While we reviewed episode three, we were able to pick up with the story just fine. We didn’t have any trouble jumping in. We never felt lost without the backstory.
The storyline kept Emma’s interest. She asked for the next episode every day at lunch. We listened to the story without ever talking, because she didn’t want to miss a thing. Emma really enjoyed them! She can’t wait to listen to some more.
The stories are full of adventure that will keep the kids hooked. The stories on this album are also full of scientific information as well as information on different religions and how they compare to Christianity. They are very informative, and I recommend them for listeners ages 10+. While we received a download for the purpose of this review, the audiodramas on CD would be perfect for our car rides throughout the week!
